Thank you for considering to apply to raise a puppy for Southeastern Guide Dogs. Once your application is submitted you should receive an automated response. We will forward your application to the nearest Area Coordinator who will contact you within a month.
You will find a few options below. If this is the first time you have applied please fill out the applicaiton titled "New". If you have raised before, please use the "Repeat" application. You can apply on-line or print out an application and mail to us.
