A section will be available during your transaction which says: "Add special instructions for the Merchant". In that space, YOU MUST include the words "Paws for Patriots" and the donors name and address (your info) in order to complete your transaction:

If the donation is "In Memory of..." or "In Honor of...", please include the following:

1. Name of the person your donation is on behalf of.
2. Occasion for this donation. (Birthday, anniversary, etc...)
3. Name and address of where we will send card.
4. How would you like us to sign the card?
