A section will be available during your transaction which says: "Add special instructions for the Merchant". In that space, YOU MUST include the word "Sponsorship" and let us know the following in order to complete your transaction:
1. Is this donation "In Memory of..." or "In Honor of..."?
2. Name of the person your donation is on behalf of.
3. Occasion for this donation. (Birthday, anniversary, etc...)
4. Name and address of where we will send card.
5. The donors name and address (your info).
6. How would you like us to sign the card?
