Date: April 20th
Time: 9:30-11:00 am
Place: Student Center Dining Hall
Description:
Attention all Southeastern Guide Dogs volunteers! Join us for a special Continuing Education Lecture in our Dining Hall on April 20th. Our guest speaker, Larissa Daigle, Senior Director of Philanthropy, will be sharing a few unique ways that individuals can financially support Southeastern Guide Dogs. One option is through RMDs, or Required Minimum Distributions. These are the minimum amount that must be withdrawn from certain types of retirement accounts each year starting at age 72. By designating Southeastern Guide Dogs as the recipient of your RMD, you can make a meaningful impact on the organization.
Another way to support Southeastern Guide Dogs is through the use of the free online program, FreeWill. This program allows you to easily set up your will electronically, and you can choose to leave a legacy in a way that aligns with your values and passions. This is a rare opportunity to make a lasting impact and ensure that the mission of Southeastern Guide Dogs continues on into the future.
As always, you’re welcome to bring a guest to join in on the learning. Just remember to select two tickets at checkout if you’d like to bring a friend along. Don’t miss out on this chance to learn more about how you can support Southeastern Guide Dogs and make a difference. Sign up now to reserve your spot and bring a guest to join in on the journey.
