“Creation of a Superhero” Program – April 22
9:30 am - 11:00 am
“Creation of a Superhero” is an informative, multimedia presentation hosted in the Dining Hall of our Student Center. It begins with an educational talk about what it takes to create our guide dogs for the visually impaired and service dogs for veterans living with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). You will learn about the fascinating steps our dogs take from puppyhood to adulthood, how we train them, and how we match them with those in need of freedom and confidence. You will also be inspired as you hear from one of our graduates about what a difference a dog makes.
Attendance is limited to the first 30 individuals who RSVP. We hope to see you there!
Meeting Location: Barpal-Hirst Student Center Lobby
Additional Info: Please check in at the Welcome Desk when you arrive, and they will direct you into the Dining Hall for this program.
