Public Service Announcement (PSA) Library
Our dogs change the lives of people, families, and communities across the nation. Building awareness about our mission is a key ingredient to helping more people receive our dogs and gaining more support to be able to provide them at no charge. That’s why we invest in public service announcements. Once these videos are produced, media networks all over the U.S. voluntarily share them, resulting in an excellent return on investment.
2020 | One Lucky Puppy
Our public service announcement in 2020 shared our fun and rewarding Sponsor a Puppy program.
This is one lucky puppy! He has the chance to do something amazing. But he’ll only get that chance with your help. We invite you to make a difference when you Sponsor a Southeastern Guide Dogs Puppy.
2019 | Who Knew?
In 2019, we launched our Sponsor a Puppy program for the first time with the help of this PSA, “Who Knew?”
“Who knew, that because of one small puppy, I’d have the courage to follow my dream.”
2019 | Anatomy of a Superhero: Meet Moxie!
Meet Moxie! Puppy-dog eyes and a great big heart—she’s got all the ingredients to grow up to be a superhero. Find out what else she’s made of in our playful “Anatomy of a Superhero.”
2018 | A Dog, I’m Not PSA
In 2018, our “A Dog I’m Not.” campaign focused on how much more our dogs are to the people that need them. As the spot’s narrator says, “With me, you’ll find new freedom, and hope for a better future. A dog, I’m not. I’m a Southeastern Guide Dog.”
2017 | Be a Puppy Raiser
2017 | You Are Not Alone
This PSA from 2017 makes it clear that while PTSD can affect veterans from any service branch, our specially trained service dogs can help.
I’ll be your Southeastern Guide Dog
Not all of our dogs are guide dogs for people with visual impairments. Some are service dogs specially trained to help those who‘ve served us all.
2016 | Puppies with a Purpose
Mikey, Rocket, and Sunset are no ordinary puppies. In just two years they’ll deliver freedom, confidence, and independence to someone who could really use a helping paw. These “puppies with purpose” are the adorable stars of this fan-favorite public service announcement that premiered in 2016.
2015 | Some Day
In 2015, this PSA focused on the joy, independence, and mobility these puppy heroes will someday bring to someone who really needs it. Special thanks and puppy hugs to C-Suite Communications, who provided significant pro-bono creative services, and Unipress of Tampa, who provided funding for advertising space.
2014 | Meet Jackie & Gibson
Meet Jackie and Gibson. They’re brothers and all of 8 weeks old. Today they’re just puppies, but in two years and with your help, they’ll provide independence, safety, and companionship to people who could really use it. They’re shared destiny: to become guide dogs.
